We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, you can return your product for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original packaging and within 30 days of receipt. To return your item(s), you can return the items via courier but this will be at your own expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded or a signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
